  3. 9/16 00Z: Location 19.0 North& 65.0 West- Top winds 75 MPH. Hurricane winds extend 40 miles to the north and east and 20 miles to the south and west. Gale winds extend 180 miles to the north and east and 120 miles to the south & west.
  4. 9/16 12Z: Location 20.5 North & 68.0 West-Top winds 100 MPH. Hurricane winds extend 60 miles to the north and east and 40 miles to the south and west. Gale winds extend 220 miles to the north & east and 180 miles to the south and west.
  5. 9/17/00Z: Location 22.0 North & 71.0 West-top winds 140 MPH. Hurricane winds winds extend 100 miles to the north and east and 60 miles to the south and west. Gale force winds extend 150 miles to the north & east and 200 miles to the south & west.
